Release Apache APISIX Dashboard 2.7

APISIX Dashboard

This release mainly improves basic features, bugfix and adds test cases.

Note: Manager API 2.7 should be used with Apache APISIX 2.6. It is not recommended to use it with other Apache APISIX versions.
